We have completed a number of live Best Buy Commercial Interiors. In addition to repainting the entire store, we also installed panelizing, and completed drywall repair.
The exterior of this home was in need of not just new paint, but replacement of siding and trim. All rotting exterior wood was replaced and the entire home repainted.
We have totally redesigned the exterior of this home. However, what started as a simple update turned into a full scale remodel. We rebuilt all exterior walls; replacing structural framing, redesigned the exterior trim, installed all new windows and doors, rewired new lights to a smart home switch, installed security cameras, installed Brazilian hardwood accents on the peaks, caulked and painted with the latest products on the market, Here is just a small snap shot of what we have done to the front of the garage.Stay tuned for finished photos!
This beautiful home’s doors had seen their better days as they only had the original builder grade product. We have completely refinished both the exterior and interior sides of the doors. While our process took more time; sanding these mahogany doors down to bare wood, applying stain and 4 coats of oil based polyurethane, the doors will have much longer durability, will look amazing and will last for years to come.
We are currently working on a full interior remodel, but we started with removing the existing pantry and bathroom and relocating it to the other side of the house. This added an additional 110 sq ft to their kitchen. We moved plumbing, electric and gas to accommodate the new kitchen floor plan. We are currently building custom cabinetry to install and finish. A client had a small area for a storage cabinet, with limited space. After consultation, we custom designed and hand built this cabinet out of maple and walnut.
Our client had an odd size opening in their kitchen. We designed and hand crafted barn doors out of a kiln dried tulip poplar and applied stain and lacquer to match the other areas of the home. A new door jamb, casing and track were also installed.
The client was tired of the dated dental block and stained crown molding. We worked with them to install a new 4-step crown detail with cove lighting and updated the paint.
